Food-grade PET sheet (Polyethylene terephthal-ate) is a type of material used for food packaging,such as plastic bottles and containers. This sheet material istypically used to thermoform bottles and othercontainers, especially for packaging soft drinks,water, juice, food, and other liquids. The SafPET bottle-to-sheet unit can effectively utilize bottle flakes to produce food-grade PETsheet products in a one-step process. The materials of this project mainly come from various types of hard materials/general hard plastics such as waste electronic and electrical mixed plastics, small household appliance plastics, car battery casings, etc. The crushing system adopts a wear-resistant design to ensure the continuous operation of the crushing system. The system took a long time. The separation principle of different densities is used to separate high-purity PS and ABS materials. The full-line automated control and the associated operation of each unit of the system maximize the production capacity and have the ability to predict possible abnormal situations, ensuring system safety to the greatest extent and efficiently washing electronic waste plastics.
